About Kosa

Kosa replaces a venture firm's entire tool stack, CRM to portfolio tracking, with agents that keep the record current, answer anything, and surface what matters before you ask.

Venture firms produce more context than their tools can hold. Emails, meetings, board decks, term sheets, and introductions carry most of what a firm knows, and almost none of it ends up somewhere the firm can query. Kosa works from that material directly. It reads the communication the firm already produces, keeps one record of people, companies, deals, funds, and relationships current, and puts venture-specific skills on top of that record: meeting preparation, deal evaluation, LP reporting, origination tracing, portfolio monitoring.

The result is a firm whose knowledge compounds instead of evaporating. Nobody enters data. Partners walk into meetings already briefed. Questions that used to take a week of asking around get answered from everything the firm has ever seen.

The company

Kosa is built by Aligned Agent Inc., a Delaware corporation founded in January 2026 and incubated by AlleyCorp. The product is in early access with a small group of venture firms.
