1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Kosa, operated by Aligned Agent Inc. ("Kosa," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Kosa, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Kosa is a system of record for venture capital firms. It connects to your email and calendar (with your explicit authorization), extracts and structures information about people, companies, deals, and portfolio updates, and presents this data in an organized interface for your team.

3. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

Access to Kosa is provided on an invitation basis during early access. We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access at our discretion.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you provide to Kosa, including data accessed through connected services (Gmail, Google Calendar). We do not claim ownership of your data. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share data with Kosa, including any data belonging to third parties that may appear in your emails or documents.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Kosa for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access data belonging to other organizations
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of Kosa
• Use Kosa to store or transmit malicious code or harmful content
• Resell or redistribute access to Kosa without our written consent

6. Availability and support

We aim to keep Kosa available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Kosa is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during early access. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues promptly.

7. Intellectual property

Kosa and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Aligned Agent Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand features.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aligned Agent Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of Kosa.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the application. Your continued use of Kosa after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
